RMC Representatives, along with St. Regis Airport Butlers, will be at the airport to greet you and bring you to the Resort. It is a 10-minute drive from the Aspen Airport to the hotel.

Please note we will only provide transportation from Aspen Airport, not surrounding airports such as Denver, Eagle, or Grand Junction.

Getting to Aspen Airport from The Resort

Transfers to the Aspen Airport depart the Resort lobby every 30 minutes promptly at the top and bottom of the hour. We suggest departing the Resort 90 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

RMC Representatives and St. Regis Airport Butlers will be in the Resort Lobby to assist you in boarding the shuttle.

Please note we will only provide transportation to Aspen Airport, not surrounding airports such as Denver, Eagle, or Grand Junction.

ACTIVITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

This form must be completed and signed by an adult over the age of eighteen.

By signing below, you agree to waive any and all claims or liability against Aspen TRS Operating Tenant LLC as owner of The St Regis Aspen Resort as operator of hotel on behalf of owner, or Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. or Marriott International, Inc. (together, the Hotel Companies) and RMC Inc. as the partner DMC, that may arise as a result of your participation in all Luxury Ski Week activities (Activity) at Hotel or any off site location.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.

I, as a participant in the Activity, hereby assume, on my own behalf and on behalf of all persons claiming by, through, or under me, any and all risks associated with my participation in the Activity, known or unknown, inherent or otherwise, including but not limited to, injury and/or death to me or to third parties, and hereby release the Hotel Companies and their respective affiliates and their officers, directors, shareholders, partners, associations, employees, members and agents from all claims, demands, penalties, liabilities, causes of action, and actions, and from any and all loss, cost, and expense associated therewith or derived therefrom (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and paralegal fees, and disbursements through all appeals) for damages and injuries of all kinds sustained by me or a third party including, without limitation, claims for personal injury and death (negligent or intentional), personal property loss, or other damages of any kind whatsoever, for negligence or otherwise, arising out of my act(s) or omission(s), or claims that I may have that may arise as a result of my participation in the Activity.

This release shall be binding upon Activity Participant’s or Guardian’s assignees, subrogors, distributors, heirs, next of kin, executors and personal representatives.

Attire

For those planning on skiing/snowboarding or experiencing pack a warm, waterproof coat, snow pants, snow boots, base layers and gloves. Skiers and snowboarders bring a ski helmet and goggles if you own these items. Outfit rentals are also available for a daily fee.

For those Clay Shooting and Fly Fishing, be sure to bring base layers to go underneath clothing to keep you warm.

Given our altitude, SPF, sunglasses and a hat are great items to pack as well.

When You Arrive at The St. Regis Aspen Resort

While we are looking after your 3-night accommodation with us, we will need a credit card on file for incidentals during your stay.

Note we will be hosting all activities and food & beverage offerings that are on the agenda, but anything else is the responsibility of you and your guest. For example, if you purchase private dining and bill it to your room or a lovely new pair of skis from Aspen Sports...
